CTA Vendor Information for Summer 2013 Meeting

VENDOR REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

To participate, vendors must be an Associate Member of CTA. (If your firm is not currently a member, dues are $275 per year. Please complete the CTA membership dues form and include payment on the vendor registration form or pay separately via the PayPal link on application page).

Showcase hours are 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on July 25th only. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Only representatives from one company may display at a vendor table. All vendors must be members of CTA prior to the event to exhibit.

Sponsorships:
Please consider being a sponsor of our events. Donations for golf prizes are welcome and appreciated. Vendors will be recognized in many ways during our event. Thank you in advance for your support.

Booth set up: July 25th, 2012 from 8:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m.
Booth tear down: July 25th, 2012 from 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

All materials must be removed by 7:00 p.m. on July 25th, 2013 from the vendor area.

Liability:
Registration for this event constitutes your agreement that neither the Colorado Telecommunications Association nor the Pueblo Convention Center are responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property, or personal injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage or injury is expressly waived by the exhibitor.

Rights of Showcase Management:
Should any emergency arise, of any nature, previous to the opening show date which would prevent scheduled opening, including without limitation destruction or damage to the exhibit area by fire, wind, storm, strikes, acts of God, or the declaration of an emergency by the government, it is expressly agreed that CTA may retain as much of the payment for exhibit space as is necessary to cover expenses incurred by CTA up to the time of such emergency.
